You will not drive sales if you don't fix the path by which people find and engage with your product or service. If you don't make it easy for them to purchase from or engage with you, you are wasting time and missing opportunities.

You will not drive sales if you don’t fix the path by which people find and engage with or buy your product or service. For example, you post a product or service offering on your Facebook page and direct people to a website where they can order, but when they get there, it’s a generic site page, or worse, you make them hunt for what they just saw. This could be where you lose the sale. Make it EASY. Advertise one product or a series and take them directly to the product page where they can order. And if you’re taking them to a checkout or order page, kill the pop-ups, ads, heavy graphics, and excessive upsells.

A badly designed website, with missing graphics or insecure content on the site that hits the user with errors can make people think the site isn’t safe or your business isn’t reputable.
