How It Works
All reviews are done by humans, and your work will be reviewed privately. Feedback will be delivered within one business day or less (rush available). You can send social graphics, flyers, music or book covers, web visuals, slide deck pages, etc. As long as it is a static design that merges text and graphics. Works in progress are okay, but you’ll probably get more out of the review if it’s closer to the final design. One design per submission.

Design Check is a one‑time, paid review of your design where you receive professional written feedback on layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and messaging clarity, along with practical improvement suggestions.
Please submit static JPG/PNG image files or PDFs for review; a single design check is one design, front and back. You can upload it as a PDF or as two separate files (preferred). If your design has more than 4 pages, please order an In-Depth Design Check. If you created your design in Canva, use the Download option to export it as a PNG, JPG, or PDF before uploading it here. Minimum width for designs is 1200px. No small unreadable designs, please.
Any new or aspiring (or working) designer looking for honest, specific feedback they can use. Maybe you’re a Canva user, Etsy seller, or small organization creating your own graphics and want a professional set of eyes before publishing or printing.
You’ll share your design files, a brief description of what it’s for (social post, flyer, logo, etc.), your target audience, and any specific concerns you already have about the design.
Make sure your file is the latest version and the text is readable (no tiny screenshots, please.)
Live Canva links are not accepted because ongoing edits make it difficult to review a single, final version of your design. We may revisit the option in the future.
You’ll receive written feedback that explains what’s working and what needs attention, and for in-depth reviews, specific changes to try, organized by sections like layout, color, type, and messaging, delivered as a PDF and/or via your account area.
Standard turnaround is one (1) business day to ensure there is adequate time to thoroughly review your work and also to accommodate time differences. Most Design Check reviews are delivered faster, and time starts once you complete your payment and file submission. If I’m experiencing higher volume, you’ll get a notification if there’s a delay.
Yes, rush processing is available for a fee. Just select a rush speed when you order, and it will be marked in the system as such. Standard: I’ll send your feedback within one business day. Rush: Move to the front of the line; I’ll review within 4 business hours. ASAP: Emergency slot; I stop what I’m doing and review within 2 hours.
You may send up to two clarifying questions within 3 days of receiving your review, focused on the feedback you’ve already received, but new designs or full re‑reviews require a new Design Check purchase.
No. Design Check is a critique and improvement guide for your existing design, not a custom design service; I don’t make changes to your files for this offer.
Because Design Check is a personalized, time‑based review service, all sales are final once your order is placed and your upload form is submitted. No refunds or credits are provided if you change your mind, decide not to use the feedback, or disagree with recommendations.
