If you have Canva Pro, whiteboards are a good way to keep frequently used assets close at hand. Just copy and paste elements you use frequently and star the design to quickly get back to it.
Canva Whiteboards are underrated. I use them for brainstorming, mapping out timelines, and even organizing my music releases. One of my favorite tricks is setting up a whiteboard for each client. I drop in all the repeat-use stuff: logos in different colors, their social handles, icons, partner logos — basically anything I know I’ll need again. Then when it’s time to create a new design, I can just grab what I need in seconds.

Instead of hunting through old files, I can grab a complete contact info line or a verified logo set and drop it into a new project. It keeps my designs consistent across campaigns and saves time. I still use Brand Kits for official logo lockups and brand icons, but having everything laid out visually on one big board makes my workflow fast and organized.
