Refund Policy

Due to the nature of delivery, all digital products and courses are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download or course access, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to: downloadable guides and PDFs, templates, worksheets, digital books and resources and online courses or video content. Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase (broken download link, file error, access problem), please contact us and we’ll make sure you receive what you paid for.

Enrollment in courses and educational programs is non-refundable once access is granted.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, reach out before checkout.

For printed books or physical resources (when available), refunds or replacements may be offered only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with photos of the issue. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
